Costs & Requirements

Camper Requirements:

Campers are required to have medical insurance coverage.

We ask that campers with current wounds, pressure injuries, or bed sores DO NOT register due to activity limitations that are required to promote healing.

Campers are required to read and agree to adhere to the Camper Code of Conduct and understand that failure to do so may result in my being asked to leave the event at their own expense.

Campers are required to complete electronic waivers for BOTH Camp with a Ramp and for Whispering Hope Ranch prior to attending the event.

Camper Costs:

Camp with a Ramp registration fee includes food, lodging, all activities, and off-site excursions. Transportation to and from Phoenix area is available, however space is limited.

$250 per camper (EARLY BIRD prior to March 15th $150)

March 16th - July 8th, pricing per camper increases to $200

July 9th - July 16th, pricing per camper increases to $250 (only 50% refund if you need to cancel)

$395 per camper with 1 caregiver (EARLY BIRD prior to July 1 $345)

Each additional camper guest staying over night is required to pay the full registration fee $245 per person (EARLY BIRD prior to March 15th $150). Limit of 3 guests per camper.

Children must be at least 9 years old to stay overnight. Children 17 and under require parent or guardian supervision.

Family or friend Visitor Meal pass* $10 per person per meal.

*Only applies to camper or volunteer guests not staying overnight that would like meal(s) provided

Please note: 2020 Camp with a Ramp is July 30th - August 2nd.  Discounted Early Bird registration fee is available until March 15th.  Camper registration will be closed July 16th at 9pm.

Partial scholarships for campers are available based on financial need.  The partial scholarship application is located at the bottom of the Camper Application Form. Partial scholarship applications must be submitted by July 1.
